You're invited to watch or if you feel inspired, jump in and train at any of our capoeira classes.

Here's some basic information. 

MIXED LEVEL CAPOEIRA CLASSES

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00PM

Índia gives mixed level capoeira classes that are both intense and inspiring.  All aspects of contemporary capoeira training are covered.  On Fridays we usually include training in maculele.

We have roda (when we play the game of capoeira), at the end of most classes, especially on Fridays.

Beginners are always invited.

BEGINNER CAPOEIRA CLASSES

Monday, Wednesday at 6:30 PM & Saturday at 3:30PM
Índia teaches Mon/Wed and Armando teaches Saturday.  In these classes we cover the fundamentals of capoeira.  Beginners and kids are strongly encouraged to make these classes a regular part of their training as we break down techniques at a slower pace.  Advanced students are also encouraged to participate and sharpen physical and musical skills.

Off US 1 (South Dixie Hwy), head East on SW 27 or SW 30 ST  into Coconut Grove.  Go right onto Tigertail.  Turn right onto Oak Ave. 

The Academy of Martial Arts is on your left at 2830 Oak Ave.
