In 2005, Índia received the cordão azul and the official UCA title of instrutora.

Mestre Rã's new academia in the state of São Paulo, Capoeira Idalina, will have its official grand opening early in 2006.

The Brazil trip has been postponed, and probably will take place next summer.

Cais Dourado - Miami Capoeira had its first batizado on October 1st, 2005.  It was a wonderful success!  Sincere thanks to all the visiting mestres, contra-mestres, professores, instrutores and capoeiristas.  Parabéns to all the batizados and troca de cordas.  Muito bom!
